본 방침은 주식회사 로파이랩스(Lo-Fi Labs Inc., 이하 “회사”)가 제공하는 iOS·watchOS 앱 투명교정 타이머(영어명 Aligner Timer, 번들 ID com.lofilabs.alignertimer, 이하 “앱”)와 앱의 이메일 고객지원, 그리고 이 웹사이트에 적용됩니다.

1. 앱이 기기에 저장하는 정보

앱이 다루는 정보는 다음과 같으며, 사용자의 iPhone(및 페어링된 Apple Watch) 안에 저장됩니다.

• 착용·미착용 기록(세션의 시작·종료 시각)과 그 수정 이력
• 교정 세트 정보(세트 수, 교체 주기, 교체 이력)와 하루 목표 등 설정
• 알림 간격·교체 알림 시각 등 알림 설정

회사는 이 정보에 접근할 수 없습니다. 앱은 이름, 연락처, 위치, 사진, 건강 데이터 등 다른 정보를 요구하지 않습니다.

2. 개발자 서버로의 수집 — 없음

앱은 로그인·계정·자체 서버 없이 동작합니다. 착용 기록, 설정, 이용 행태 등 앱의 데이터를 회사 서버로 전송하거나 수집하지 않으며, 판매하지 않습니다.

3. Apple Watch·위젯과의 상태 공유

타이머 상태는 잠금화면 위젯, Live Activity(잠금화면·Dynamic Island), 그리고 페어링된 Apple Watch와 공유됩니다. 이 공유는 Apple의 시스템 프레임워크(WidgetKit, ActivityKit, WatchConnectivity)를 통해 사용자의 기기들 사이에서만 이루어지며, 회사나 제3자에게 전송되지 않습니다. 화면 표시를 위해 위젯은 iPhone 안의 공유 저장 공간에, Apple Watch는 Watch 안에 마지막으로 동기화된 타이머 상태를 캐시로 저장합니다.

4. 백업 — 자동 보관과 내보내기

앱은 기록 손상에 대비해 이전 저장본을 기기 내부에 자동 보관합니다.

이와 별개로, 사용자가 앱 설정에서 ‘기록 백업 내보내기’를 직접 실행하면 기록이 JSON 파일로 만들어져 사용자가 선택한 위치나 서비스(파일 앱, iCloud Drive 등)에 저장·공유됩니다. 이 파일은 전적으로 사용자의 관리 아래에 있으며 회사에 전송되지 않습니다. iCloud Drive 등 클라우드 저장소를 선택한 경우 해당 서비스 제공자의 약관과 개인정보처리방침이 적용됩니다.

기기 전체 백업이나 iCloud 백업에 앱 데이터가 포함되는지는 사용자의 Apple 백업 설정에 따릅니다. 회사는 사용자의 기기 백업이나 iCloud에 접근하지 않습니다.

5. 광고·추적·분석 — 사용하지 않음

앱은 광고 SDK, 추적 기술, 분석(애널리틱스) SDK를 사용하지 않으며, 제3자 SDK가 포함되어 있지 않습니다. 따라서 광고 식별자(IDFA)를 요청하지 않고, 사용자를 추적하지 않습니다.

6. 알림

미착용 알림과 교체일 알림은 모두 기기에서 예약되는 로컬 알림입니다. 푸시 서버를 사용하지 않으며, iOS 설정 → 알림에서 언제든 권한을 끌 수 있습니다. 알림을 꺼도 기록 기능은 그대로 사용할 수 있습니다.

7. 이메일 문의

sungchan.yeo@catslibrary.com 으로 문의하시면 보내신 이메일 주소, 이름(메일에 표시되는 경우), 메시지 내용과 첨부파일을 받아 문의에 답하고 문제를 해결하는 데 사용합니다. 이 정보는 앱의 기록과 연결되지 않으며, 문의 처리 외의 목적으로 이용하지 않습니다.

문의 메일은 회사가 사용하는 이메일 서비스인 Google Workspace(Gmail)로 수신·보관되며, 메일의 전송과 보관은 Google이 처리합니다. 이 과정에서 메일이 국외 서버에 저장될 수 있습니다.

문의 정보는 문의 처리에 필요한 기간 동안 보관하며, 법령에 따라 보관해야 하는 경우를 제외하고 삭제를 요청하시면 지체 없이 삭제합니다.

문제 해결에 필요한 정보만 보내 주세요. 비밀번호, 환자번호, 진료기록은 보내지 마시고, 스크린샷에 보이는 이름 등 불필요한 개인정보는 가려 주세요.

8. 웹사이트 방문

이 웹사이트는 Cloudflare에서 호스팅됩니다. 광고·분석 스크립트, 쿠키, 문의 양식을 사용하지 않습니다. Cloudflare는 페이지 제공과 보안(악성 트래픽 차단)을 위해 IP 주소, 요청 시각, 브라우저 정보 등 접속 정보를 처리할 수 있습니다.

9. 데이터 삭제 방법

회사는 기기 안의 기록을 원격으로 열람하거나 삭제할 수 없습니다. 기록은 저장된 위치별로 다음과 같이 삭제할 수 있습니다.

• iPhone: ‘앱 삭제’를 선택하면 기기에 저장된 기록·설정과 자동 보관본이 함께 삭제됩니다. ‘앱 정리하기’는 데이터를 남겨 두므로 기록이 지워지지 않습니다.
• Apple Watch: Watch에는 마지막으로 동기화된 타이머 상태가 캐시로 남을 수 있습니다. Watch에 앱이 남아 있다면 Watch에서도 앱을 삭제하세요.
• 내보낸 백업 파일: 저장한 위치(파일 앱, iCloud Drive 등)에서 직접 삭제하세요.
• 기기·iCloud 백업: 앱 데이터가 기기 백업에 포함되어 있다면 Apple 설정에서 관리하세요.
• 이메일 문의: 문의 기록의 삭제는 sungchan.yeo@catslibrary.com 으로 요청해 주세요.

10. 아동의 개인정보

앱은 아동을 포함해 누구의 개인정보도 수집하지 않습니다. 이메일 문의로 받은 정보는 7항에 따라 처리합니다.

11. 방침의 변경

기능이 추가되거나(예: 구독 결제 도입) 정보 처리 방식이 바뀌면 본 방침을 실제 구현에 맞춰 갱신하고 이 페이지에 게시합니다. 중요한 변경이 있는 경우 시행일을 함께 갱신합니다.

Aligner Timer Privacy Policy

Effective date: September 30, 2026

This policy applies to Aligner Timer (Korean name: 투명교정 타이머, bundle ID com.lofilabs.alignertimer, the “app”), an iOS and watchOS app operated by Lo-Fi Labs Inc. (주식회사 로파이랩스, the “company”), to its email support, and to this website.

1. What the app stores on your device

The app handles the following information, which is stored on your iPhone (and your paired Apple Watch):

• Wear and not-wearing records (session start and end times) and their revision history
• Aligner set information (number of sets, change cycle, change history) and settings such as your daily goal
• Notification preferences such as reminder intervals and the evening change-day alert time

The company cannot access this data. The app does not ask for anything else — no name, contacts, location, photos, or health data.

2. Collection by the developer — none

The app works without sign-in, accounts, or any server of its own. It does not transmit your records, settings, or usage data to the company, and the company does not sell them.

3. Sharing state with Apple Watch and widgets

The timer state is shared with lock-screen widgets, Live Activities (Lock Screen and Dynamic Island), and your paired Apple Watch. This happens through Apple system frameworks (WidgetKit, ActivityKit, WatchConnectivity) and stays between your own devices; nothing is sent to the company or any third party. To display it, widgets cache the timer state in a shared container on your iPhone, and the Apple Watch keeps the last synced timer state on the watch.

4. Backups — automatic copy and export

To guard against data corruption, the app automatically keeps the previous saved copy on your device.

Separately, when you run “Export backup” in the app’s settings, your records are written to a JSON file and saved or shared to a location or service you choose (the Files app, iCloud Drive, and so on). The file is entirely under your control and is never sent to the company. If you choose a cloud storage location such as iCloud Drive, that provider’s terms and privacy policy apply.

Whether app data is included in your device or iCloud backups depends on your Apple backup settings. The company does not access your device backups or iCloud.

5. Advertising, tracking, and analytics — none

The app contains no advertising SDKs, no tracking technologies, no analytics SDKs, and no third-party SDKs at all. It does not request the advertising identifier (IDFA) and does not track you.

6. Notifications

Not-wearing reminders and change-day alerts are local notifications scheduled on your device. No push server is involved. You can turn notifications off at any time in iOS Settings → Notifications, and the app keeps working without them.

7. Email support

If you email us at sungchan.yeo@catslibrary.com, we receive your email address, your name (if shown in the email), your message, and any attachments, and use them only to answer your inquiry and resolve the issue. This information is not linked to your app records and is not used for any other purpose.

Support email is received and stored in Google Workspace (Gmail), the email service the company uses; Google handles delivery and storage, and messages may be stored on servers outside Korea.

We keep inquiry information for as long as needed to handle your inquiry. Unless we are required by law to keep it, we delete it without delay when you ask us to.

Please send only what is needed to solve the problem. Do not send passwords, patient IDs, or medical records, and hide names or other unnecessary personal information in screenshots.

8. Visiting this website

This website is hosted on Cloudflare. It uses no advertising or analytics scripts, no cookies, and no contact forms. Cloudflare may process connection information such as IP addresses, request times, and browser information to serve the pages and protect them against malicious traffic.

9. How to delete your data

The company cannot view or delete the records on your devices remotely. You can delete them wherever they are stored:

• iPhone: choosing “Delete App” removes the records, settings, and the automatic backup copy stored on your device. “Offload App” keeps the app’s data, so it does not delete your records.
• Apple Watch: the watch may keep the last synced timer state as a cache. If the app is still on your watch, delete it there too.
• Exported backup files: delete them from wherever you saved them (the Files app, iCloud Drive, and so on).
• Device and iCloud backups: if your device backups include app data, manage them in your Apple settings.
• Email inquiries: ask for deletion at sungchan.yeo@catslibrary.com.

10. Children’s privacy

The app does not collect personal data from anyone, including children. Information received through email support is handled as described in section 7.

11. Changes to this policy

If new features are added (for example, a subscription) or our data practices change, this policy will be updated to match the actual implementation and posted on this page, with an updated effective date for significant changes.

12. Operator and contact

The app is operated by Lo-Fi Labs Inc. (주식회사 로파이랩스). Our privacy officer is Sungchan Yeo.
